Sodapop Caffe has been serving Sant Agustí since 2016 and bases much of its menu on two Mallorcan favourites: pa amb oli and llonguets. Despite its American-sounding name, the food has a distinctly local Mallorcan identity, alongside drinks and other casual dishes. Its interior concept was influenced by the founder.
